WORKING STUDENT
PYTHON DEVELOPER (m/f/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a working student with experience in Python to help drive
forward our innovative products. Your primary focus will be on developing and
main-taining the PyQt and web applications that are part of our pipeline.
Together with our tech team, you ship new features for our platform. You will
ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to
maintain. You will be working closely with team members from different layers of
the infrastructure such as hardware, software and deployment and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop desktop applications with PyQt5

Build features with a “you build it, you run it” mindset and be
responsible for testing, deployment and monitoring of your code

Willingness to create a "python everywhere" environment

You value clean code (if pylint fails, you don’t commit) and respect
good branching strategies to collaborate with fellow developers

SKILLS

You are studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an
equivalent field

You have solid programming skills and experience in Python

Ability to read API documentation and write documentation to be used
by external companies or by your team

Familiarity with code-versioning tools such as Git

You are eager to learn and grow, collaborating with our team

Proficiency in Linux

Good interpersonal oral and written communications skills

Fluency in English language
